Our Story
At Stay Home Home Care, we believe that the best care comes from the heart, and the heart of care is family. Founded in 2025, our journey began with a realization that countless families across Michigan are already stepping up to care for their aging or disabled loved ones every single day. Adult children, siblings, grandchildren, and close friends routinely become caregivers out of pure love and responsibility, not because they expect a reward.
Many family caregivers find themselves reducing their working hours, leaving their jobs entirely, or sacrificing their own financial stability to ensure their loved ones can remain safe at home. We started Stay Home Home Care because we saw these silent sacrifices and knew there had to be a better way.
We wanted to help these families receive the vital support they deserve. Through the Michigan Home Help Program, family members can qualify to get paid for the essential daily care they are already providing. Yet, navigating state paperwork can feel like an overwhelming mountain of stress. We are here to simplify the process so you can focus on what truly matters: caring for your family.

Applying for state programs can be exhausting. Because the State of Michigan strictly requires hand-signed paper documents instead of digital signatures, we make things simple by coordinating physical drop-offs, picking up completed forms directly from your home, or sending prepaid mailing envelopes. We do the heavy administrative lifting so you do not have to.
- Absolute Transparency
Our services are 100 percent free to our clients and caregivers. We bill Medicaid directly as a pre-existing benefit, meaning our help will never affect your active Medicaid coverage or deduct from your current benefits.

We understand that families rely on predictable support. We guarantee on-time, stress-free monthly payroll processing for our caregivers, with absolutely no exceptions and no excuses.

FOUNDER AND CEO
Matthew established Stay Home Home Care in 2025 to advocate for families navigating the complex home care landscape. Recognizing that many family members serve as unpaid caregivers without knowing that financial support is available, Matthew built this agency to educate, support, and guide them. His personal vision is to keep home care genuinely personal: treating every client like family and helping them live with independence and dignity.
